I am mentally exhausted from sending messages about repairs needed on the house. We have lived here 3 months now with a non functioning heater leaving us with outrageous electricity bills and black mold that has taken a huge toll on our health (resulting in me being in bed for weeks). The repairs to remove the black mold were done while we were still living in the house when we should have been provided temporary lodging. There was no communication until over a week later, only to inform us sheet rock was being replaced. With you knowing there is black mold here, not once was there any follow-up or testing to ensure the house is safe. We have paid full rent for a house that the heater doesn’t heat properly, resulting in expensive electric bills. Both inconveniences have made it an unhealthy and unpleasant living environment. He had to come over this morning to work on the sink again because it was leaking. When I used the opposite side today, it was still leaking after he worked on it—so I let him know via text. I felt things were finally getting finished up until now. It’s important this is addressed because both Ethan and I have been having health problems for over a month that we didn’t before. I’m really hoping there isn’t black mold funneling throughout the house. I get anxious having to bring up another problem because I just want to pay rent and not deal with these issues. | Yes | ||
